  • Vacuum upholstered furniture
  • No polish used on all or selected furniture

  • *Jobs usually not performed by Minit Maids:
    Laundry, dish washing, excessive clutter, moving heavy furniture & appliances, pet accidents

Payment Policy

We require payment on the day of service. We prefer checks but also accept all major credit cards, checks, online bank pay or cash. *$30.00 will be charged for any returned checks. Minit Maids does not bill at this time.  We will ask for your credit card if you miss two cleanings without payment.  There are times you might forget to leave payment and that will enable us to run your credit card for that visit only.

Lock-Out and Cancellation Policy

We know our clients expect good service and reliability, expectations met consistently by Minit Maids.  We will often turn down business rather than disrupt a regularly scheduled customer.  In exchange, we must request that you provide us with a minimum of one business day advanced notice, preferably 2 days.   IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR ANY REASON.   (Monday clients call before noon on the previous Friday)  Our business number (704) 367-9931, is available to you at all times.  Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a $50.00 late cancellation fee.  After the first incident, if the team arrives at your home and you have forgotten to leave the door open, leave a key or the team is sent away without cleaning for any reason, you will be charged 50% of your regular cleaning cost.  This fee is necessary to help cover the loss of income to our employees!  To prevent additional charges, many of our customers entrust us with a key to their home, a responsibility we take very seriously.

Cancel Fee Policy

  1. $50 fee - less than one business day notice ( 2 business days +preferred)

  2. 50% of regular cleaning cost - when team arrives and we cannot gain entry or sent away for the scheduled day of service.  IF we can return the same day we the charge  $35.00 for the return trip charge.

TOTAL SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your house cleaning, call within 24 hours and we will be glad to re-clean the problem area(s) at no cost. Refunds are not available.
